Refund Policy  

  1. Returns Eligibility  

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:  

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.  
  • Proof of purchase is provided.  
  1. Non-Returnable Items  

The following items are not eligible for return:  

  • Custom or personalized products.  
  • Clearance or sale items.  
  • Used or damaged items.  
  1. Refund Process  
  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at jabir.wordpress@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.  
  • Step 2: Ship the product back to us (at your expense) after receiving a return authorization.  
  • Step 3: Once inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.  

 

  1. Exchanges  
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for assistance.  

 

  1. Cancellations  
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.  

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Products  
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the product or issue a refund.
