- Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Used or damaged items.
- Refund Process
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at jabir.wordpress@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Step 2: Ship the product back to us (at your expense) after receiving a return authorization.
- Step 3: Once inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for assistance.
- Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
- Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the product or issue a refund.
